November 2011 sees the roll out of a ramped-up campaign to offer instructional step-by-step videos on how to get the very best out of this market leading businesses for sale website.
Hot from the editing room table, the videos have already been released on many leading video streaming websites including YouTube, Vimeo and DailyMotion. The aim of the videos are to offer simple instructional guides for those looking to buy a business and how to get the best out of using the search tools found at http://www.Simply.Biz
As co-founder and CTO Robert Ewers explains these new videos are just the first of many that will be released over the coming weeks:
“Our aim is to create and upload dozens of instructional videos that will make using our website easier than ever before. We fully appreciate that with the multitude of search options, keyword based page links and searchable industry sectors covering over 180 plus countries, it can appear to be a minefield to any new visitor.”
As Robert continues to explain, the timing of these video releases were no accident…
“With all major enhancements to the website now completed for 2011, we saw a gap in our diary that presented an opportunity to really help our users even more. The website gets a heavy daily traffic level yet we need to offer as many ways to assist our customers as we can. Video is the perfect answer. Its visual, easy to create and shows the user just how powerful our platform is. It’s a no brainer!”
Like most online businesses, Simply.Biz has been embracing video since their inception however, as Robert passionately points out, most competitors appear to misuse this platform in search of monetisation rather than customer relations:
“There’s dozens of misleading and useless videos on numerous platforsm that are simply out there as a means to create marketing angles for the websites they promote. We on the other hand, actually want to use the video streaming platforms to offer a pool of useful resources that make our website easier to use, simpler to navigate and ultimately build customer satisfaction. Isn’t that ultimately what it’s all about?”
“If not then I think we’ve missed the point. But I can confidently say, we haven’t. It just further proves that we aim to engage with our customers and connect with them, whether they are buying or selling a business opportunity.”
