(Free-Press-Release.com) July 22, 2011 -- Why is it not easy to treat sinusitis?

The body is a self-healing organism is one of healthcare's most fundamental principles. We're always reminded of this fact with both illness and injury. Long before you became a sinus sufferer, whenever you got a cold, no matter how severe, it was usually completely gone within a week. And if you've ever had the misfortune of breaking a bone or had a severe sprain, the injured part was usually placed in a cast, splinted, braced, or you used crutches, and were instructed to not use it for several weeks (6 weeks if it's a broken weight-bearing bone). In most cases, the injury is completely healed after the preferred time period of inactivity.

The most common symptoms of chronic sinusitis are the manifestation of a swollen mucous membrane lining your nose. Your body is capable of healing all these problems and pains but the sad fact is that we are being challenged concerning how to deal with it because it doesn't stop completely. As long as we are breathing 20, 000 times in a day with our nose, the air circulates through our nasal passages and we cannot help it.

Filtering, humidifying, and controlling the temperature of the air we breathe is the use of our mucous membrane. To protect the lung area, you should minimize the irritation supplying your nose with moisture (between 35 and 55% humidity) and warm air (between 65 and 85 F). The moisture from the mucous membrane will serve as a barrier between many damaging substances and the respiratory system. It also helps prevent the inside of the body from becoming dry. This may be a great problem during winter season because it is hard to cope with. Polluted air may also be another factor contributing to sinusitis.

It is relatively easy with most parts of the skin to apply a medicinal cream or ointment to an inflamed or infected part in order to assist in the healing process. However, the mucous membrane, which can be considered a specialized part of the skin providing the lining for the nose, sinuses, and lungs, is difficult to reach. There are nasal sprays like the Sinus Survival Spray which can help heal and moisten the sinuses. In working with Sinus Survival I have also developed a new product which I like very much, which can be applied to the outside of the nostrils, called Sinus Essentials containing a blend of peppermint oil and jojoba oil. It is just like a personal warm vaporizer which will help to ease sinus congestion, specifically when utilizing the Spray. A great benefit for the sinuses is to have a steam routine. I make use of it every morning to breathe-in steam through the steamer using the newly created Sinus Survival Essential Oils, which are water soluble to go directly into a steamer.

One of several bacteria that cause invasive fungal sinus infections or sinusitis is candida or yeast. It is really a normal inhabitant of the body and thrives on sugar that is why it can be a great challenge to handle or lessen its growth. One great option is to consider a candida-control diet plan.

Sinus Survival Plan has developed in order to assist sinus patients when controlling recurring sinus problems. It is not actually a simple condition to treat. However, the program has generated helpful solutions and tutorials to relieve the burden. They also feature ways not just to relieve fitness but as well as a healing procedure for one's life.
