The system incorporates a 1000-2000 psi water pressure that is totally automated, capable of completing a window and building cleaning job on 4 or more stories in less than half the time as scaffolding and chair systems, which eliminates much of the human risk factors.

Sky Pro®'s Skydrowasher unit is one of the few automated cleaning systems as there are several models available through a Regional Distributor marketed to window cleaning professionals, building owners, property managers, and facility managers. The added benefit of any Sky Pro® model is that it cleans not only the windows, but also the entire exterior of the building. This would include window frames and decorative cladding. No matter what type of building exterior it is, our system will clean it without using any chemicals.

The Skydrowasher hugs the side of the building and can travel at a rate of 35 feet per minute or a day’s worth of window and building cleaning in a few hours. The high-pressured filtered water leaves windows virtually spot-free and renews the building exterior extending the life. The unit is constructed of a sturdy molded plastic and there is a rotating water feeding spray that sprays deionized water using 1000-2000 psi. There are stabilizers and a fan attached to keep the unit from blowing even during windy conditions. All parts are made in the U.S.A.
