"Sleeper Cell Author Discusses Venture Capitall"

McNeal, Sr. a member of the Las Vegas Chapter of SCORE and the Author of the new thriller “Sleeper Cell’ will give a presentation “The Quest for Capital” at a seminar sponsored by the Las Vegas Chapter of SCORE, Saturday, January 21, 2012.

SCORE has been a Resource Partner of the U. S. Small Business Administration (S.B.A.) since 1976 in Las Vegas. The national volunteer organizations has over 13,000 members and the Las Vegas chapter is one of 352 chapters providing free counseling services and seminars that address topics designed to help small businesses owners start a business, or improve operations of an existing business. The many volunteers are those with varied business backgrounds that provide to face to face, seminars and cyber counseling.

“Sleeper Cell” released in October 2009 crosses the boundary between fiction and reality, merging our post 9/11 world with that of a terrifying, apocalyptic future. The story involves a Venture Capitalist and a “Sleeper Cell,’ an agent placed into the country, not to undertake an immediate mission, but to activate at a later point in time.

The Novel is currently being offered internationally on book selling sites in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Canada, Germany, India, Liberia, Australia, Spain, New Zealand, Ireland, Italy, Bulgaria, Finland, Hong Kong, Copenhagen, the Netherlands, Japan and Portugal.

The author,has spent most of his professional life in the Venture capital industry. He has authored a novel that brings into play global financial considerations and futuristic financial uncertainties. Ralph has been employed in a financial and management capacity in both the public and private sectors and lectures widely on subjects of entrepreneurship, venture capital and financial planning. He is a graduate of Central State University, Wilberforce, Ohio. “Sleeper Cell” his first published work , is soon to be followed by a baseball story “The Knuckleballer” and a sequel to “Sleeper Cell”… ”The Venture Capitalist.”
