Small business institute launches no cost business training program for new and developing business owners
In an effort to support new and budding entrepreneurs through the challenge of starting a business, NY city based ABEL Business Institute now offers a no cost 12-week business training program.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) April 7, 2010 --
ABEL Business Institute, New York based center for small business support and education, has launched a no cost tele-class series for new business owners to gain the necessary knowledge to start and grow a successful business.
"New business owners often start a business based on their skill or expert ability, however they are unfamiliar with the process of building a business around their expertise," says Institute founder Ed Abel. "Our goal is to provide the knowledge, tools, and actions steps necessary for them to attract customers, develop operational efficiencies, and stabilize their revenues."
Program highlights include:
* Creating a business plan that functionally guides the owner through the business growth stages.
* Implementing marketing and sales strategies to effectively establish a customer base.
* Developing customer care principles that will maintain the customer base and create a "word-of-mouth" marketing buzz.
* Instilling the appropriate mind-set of owning a "business" verses owing a "job" and basing decisions on the long term goals of the business.
The weekly program will be conducted via teleconference classes, allowing business owners to participate, regardless of geographical location. Calls are held on Tuesday evenings (8:30 - 9:30 Eastern Time Zone).
The program has also been specially designed to allow for rolling admissions. Business owners may start any particular week and make up missed classes during the next 12-week rotation
ABEL Business Institute provides business owners with strategies, support, education, and guidance throughout the stages of their business development. For more information, contact Michael Robinson at 212-564-7584 or visit ABELBusinessInstitute.com
