We will inspect your new house/apartment before you move into it; we will identify any snags that we encounter. You will then be issued with a detailed report and snag list. Photographs will be taken of any items that make it onto the snag list. We will then email or post you a full and detailed report outlining all the corrections needed to be made.

We will then forward this report to your builder/developer and they can start the process to correct any necessary problems, ensuring that when you move into your new home you will have the peace of mind that everything is to the high standards that you deserve.

The fee for this service is €150 including 20% VAT.

Included in this report, we offer to measure all the rooms in your apartment, we then issue you with individual room measurements via a personalized floor plan. Detailed in these plans, we will point out the position of any electrical sockets, light switches, vents, door controls, TV and digital outlets and also phone sockets.

It's worth noting that its common in Calabria to be expected to complete on your apartment without some of the following items not finished or provided in your apartment. Although some builders do their best to accommodate some of our clients requests and provide some if not most of the items listed below.

a.) No toilet cistern lid
b.) No toilet seat
c.) No ceiling rose / light pendants
d.) No shower screen

It is very important to ensure that you require the services of a totally impartial surveyor, ensuring that you get a true report of what works is required in your apartment before you complete at the notary.

Most building developments are closed for the month of August, the holidays started from 07/08/2010 and end on the 29/08/2010.
