SofTrek Corporation Welcomes Steven Birnbaum as Director of Business Development

Amherst, New York (October 10, 2011) – SofTrek Corporation, a leading provider of donor management software and online marketing solutions for nonprofit organizations, welcomes Steven Birnbaum as their new Director of Business Development. In this leadership role, Birnbaum will be responsible for developing and executing SofTrek’s short-term and long-term sales and implementation strategies. Birnbaum comes to SofTrek Corporation from Jacobson Consulting Applications, Inc. (JCA), a firm specializing in helping non-profits use technology more effectively to achieve their fundraising goals. As Chief Operating Officer of JCA, he was responsible for managing delivery of consulting services and new business development. He also provided strategic guidance for large organizations launching complex technology initiatives. Birnbaum has over 15 years of experience in nonprofit management, with particular expertise in organizational planning, technology implementation, and change management. In addition to working with nonprofits as part of his vocation, he is an active member of the local community and currently serves on the Board of the Capital Health Foundation in Trenton, New Jersey.
