Spend an Evening with Great Wine and Beautiful Music

(Free-Press-Release.com) March 15, 2011 -- On the first Friday of every month, as part of the winery’s “First Friday” event, guests can not only partake of a variety of fine wines but can also savor that wine while listening to great music.

On Friday, April 1, 2011, from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, Randy “Windtalker” Motz will be performing his unique style of flute in the tasting room. “Windtalker’s” unique blending of flute with the lush sounds of piano, cello, guitar and Native percussion, weaves a musical tapestry that creates a warm ambience perfectly suited for an evening of elegant wine tasting. For years, “Windtalker” has been bringing his this special brand of music to festivals, schools, churches, private parties and other intimate venues. He was also the guest performer for a moonlight tour held by the National Park Service at New Mexico’s Pueblo Bonito ruins at Chaco Canyon National Historical Park. He now brings his beautiful music to the Port of Leonardtown Winery

“Windtalker” will be playing pieces from his current CD, “Native SoundScapes,” as well as many new arrangements that will appear on his upcoming CD.
