St Mary's 17th Annual Macedonian-American Ethnic Festival of Sterling Heights

The ethnic Macedonian-American community of SouthEast Michigan to host their annual Festival Jubilee, the largest of its kind in the US.

Sterling Heights, Michigan, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) August 26, 2010 -- Join us for the 17th Annual Macedonian - American Ethnic Festival of Sterling Heights!
This year, the event will be bigger than ever, as we will be hosting a joint celebration with the ethnic Mexican community of Michigan in a wonderful dance and folk presentation! This event, organized by the Macedonian and Mexican Consulates of Michigan, is the first of its kind!

The Festival includes ethnic food & drink, music, dancing, children's games, Miss Macedonia, special guests, and more!

Friday Aug 27th:

MOYANA's MakFest Kickoff Party
Cultural Center Hall - 10PM

Saturday Aug 28th:
12PM- Festival begins
5:45PM - Opening Speeches
6-7PM - Macedonian/Mexican folk dance presentation
9PM - Festival Day 1 close

Sunday Aug 29th:
10:30AM - Special Church Service
12PM - Festival Day 2 opens
3PM - Miss Macedonia
8PM - Closing remarks
8-9PM - Final dances
9PM - Festival Day 2 closes
