Stats Remote Customers Show Mixed Feelings

(Free-Press-Release.com) January 9, 2012 -- Stats Remote was at one point considered the go to stats program for anyone working in the affiliate marketing realm, a one stop shop to check stats, income, and peformance all in one auto updating program - for a sizable fee of course. The company built up a nice following of customers over the last few years, but in the last few months of 2011 things seem to have changed and turned south for the company and some of it's clients.

One client told us "after two years of being a loyal paying customer and hoping for a working product, my program was full of bugs, non working programs, and inaccurate information". The same client told us about a horrifying story where he asked support to fix a program, mentioning in his exact words "if things don't start working I might have to cancel my account". Sadly support made no attempt to fix the problem (or even look at it) and abruptly cancelled the customers account without notice or warning.

Hopefully a legitimate competitor emerges to this Stats Remote scam, as clearly no company would treat their customers like that if they felt they had an alternative program to work with - competition is good and healthy in the online ecosystem and we hope to hear from any company providing similar services as an alternative to Stats Remote and their brand of rudeness towards a software program that hardly even works properly.

We will keep an active eye on emerging platforms and companies as the technology and options in this market place evolve.
