Nashville, Tennessee, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) January 13, 2012 -- (Nashville, TN January 15, 2012)- Travis Malloy filed an Amended Complaint in his case pending against Darius Paulk, EMI Christian Music Group and Sony Music. “The Court Ordered that Mr. Malloy file and Amended Complaint, however in light of the revolutions from Mr. Paulk in recent weeks, Mr. Malloy will now seek an injunctive demanding that all sales of ‘Nobody Greater’ be terminated.” Said Christopher Brown of Brown & Rosen LLC.

“Mr. Paulk has said in the press that Mr. Malloy was not involved in the creation of the song Nobody Greater. That is well documented. However, in a court filing on December 22, 2011 Mr. Paulk now states and informed the Federal Court that in his opinion, Mr. Malloy did create the accompaniment of music to Nobody Greater. This strikes me as a very different position, in my opinion.” Said Brown. If that is in fact true, there is no identification on album credits of Mr. Malloy’s involvement in the song, production or otherwise. We will be filing an injunction motion as soon as possible.” Said Brown. I would be curious to find out when Mr. Paulk informed either EMI or Sony that Mr. Malloy actually did the “accompaniment” to Nobody Greater.

“Darius Paulk knows I wrote the music and elements of melody for the song, Nobody Greater. I can freely admit that Darius Paulk wrote the lyrics but for some reason he does not want to give me the credit for my contributions. For him to now state that I did an accompaniment is a step in the right direction but falls very short of my actual contributions. In my opinion, Darius has moved away from his previous statement that I had nothing to do with the song. God knows what happened with the creation of the song. I will continue to pray for Darius.” Said Mr. Malloy.
