AIMS International has formalized seven Practice Teams to better service global clients in the fields of: Automotive; Energy; Financial Services; FMCG, Retail & Luxury Goods; Industrial & Engineering; Information Technology & Telecom; and Pharmaceutical, Health Care & Life Science.

The Pharmaceuticals, Health Care & Life Science Practice Team consists of AIMS partners located throughout the Americas, EMEA and Asia/Pacific who have specific knowledge and years of experience in these industries. Through the Practice Team, AIMS International has developed a competitive matrix on industry best practices which identifies companies and key individuals who have successfully implemented game changing business practices. This research is used by our partners to help identify qualified, world class talent for our clients.

Stephen Strittmatter is a US citizen, living in Europe since 1993. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and has more than 10 years industry experience, having managed more than 30 persons before becoming a consultant.

Mr. Strittmatter has been working as an Executive Recruiter since 1996, both internally in company organizations, as well as externally for international recruitment firms. Mr. Strittmatter has been a member of AIMS since July 2008.

Mr. Strittmatter has worked with global clients such as: Aventis, Roche, Bayer, Merck, Johnson and Johnson, Kerr/Sybron, Applied Biosciences, and GE Medical. He has filled positions from Technical Sales Representatives and Product Managers, to Regulatory Affairs Managers, Head of Strategic Planning, Head of Clinical Research and Development, Global Head of Research and Development, Health Outcomes Manager, and Medical Directors.

He speaks English, German, French, and Dutch.
