STONEHAM MARTIAL ARTS SCHOOL CONCLUDES 2011 CHILDREN’S MARTIAL ARTS TOURNAMENT
Body Mind Systems Martial Arts Training Centers Has Competition At Stoneham High School

Stoneham, Massachusetts – The Body Mind Systems Training Center at 263 Main Street, Stoneham, Massachusetts concluded its 2011 Children’s Tournament at Stoneham High School on Saturday November 19, 2011.

This regional tournament included over 90 participants, Ages 4-15, from Body Mind Systems’ schools in Swampscott, Stoneham and West Roxbury. The instructors of Body Mind Systems congratulate these students for their participation.

Students demonstrated their skills and creativity in kung fu, self-defense and sparring, Ship Pal Gye (traditional Chinese weapons) and kong su (karate/taekwondo).

Tournament training required hours of preparation and quickly built each person’s skill level and confidence.
