Body Mind Systems Offers Free Lessons For Individuals Wanting 1,500 Years Of Refined Martial Arts Training For A Stronger Mind And Body

Stoneham, Massachusetts – Body Mind Systems, a comprehensive martial arts system with a school in Stoneham, Massachusetts, is holding a one-week Boot Camp starting Monday February 21, 2011 through Saturday February 26, 2011. Adults (Ages 15 and older) are welcome to participate in any of the appropriate, regularly scheduled classes for free, compliments of the school. Adult classes are held weekdays from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM and Saturdays 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM as well as Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM. Training includes intense cardio, upper/lower body conditioning and core strengthening. See website for additional school schedule. No prior experience is necessary. Reservations are required as space is limited.

“One of our specialties is teaching students to have exact body position and alignment for maximum development and avoiding injuries,” says Bob Lee, a 3rd Degree Black Belt and an Assistant Head Instructor at the Stoneham school. “Martial arts forms and movement have a very different effect on the body than conventional exercises to repair old injuries and permanently change your strength and flexibility in the joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons as well as the health of the connective fasciae.”
