Stratford, CT, February 4, 2013 “ The Stratford Arts Guild will host œArt in the Studio, an art show and sale featuring Guild members and regional exhibitors on Sunday, February 10, 2013 from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Due to high visitor traffic and demand, the Guild has expanded the show's hours and will hold the event at Roger Salls Photography Studio in Stratford.

The February art event, says Roger Salls, Stratford Arts Guild president, will be the first ˜expanded' Studio show. œVisitors can expect to have even more Guild members exhibit this year, with artists ranging from painters, photographers, sculptors, jewelry makers and more, Salls says. œThis year's show is shaping up to be even better than last year's debut.

The Guild's œArt in the Studio events are held in Roger Salls Photography Studio, an intimate indoor venue with plenty of parking which encourage artists and visitors to engage in conversation about media, concept, and process in creating the works. This is the Guild's second œArt in the Studio event.

Local artists and patrons of the arts may feel free to contact the Guild for more information and to become a member.

Stratford Arts Guild LLC is a collaboration of artists and friends of the arts dedicated to furthering artistic expression and appreciation of the arts in Stratford, CT.
