Stream Line Funnel System is really a serious program?

I received a message from Streamline saying that my account has been inactive during the whole month of August. I payed for my membership of August, the 1st of August. Then, if I paid for my membership of August , today September 5, I am supposed to be paid the first 15 days of August, payment that I did not receive. Therefore, I expect from you to indemnity for the month of August since you sent me a message of confirmation that the account was inactive during the month of August. This clarifies that the error made is your responsibility. So, I expect from your side, assuming your failure, you will indemnify as soon as possible.

Today is September 5, and according to FAQ I should have already received my corresponding payment. Please do not dissapoint me. Solve this problem.
