Styroloft has launched alternative Loft insulation solutions for the resident of the United Kingdom

Sheffield S3 9QY , Feb 08, 2011-- Styroloft has launched one of its popular services, Rockwool Loft insulation ®, into the UK insulation market. Covering a 300mm thick layer of rock wool makes handling much easier & becoming an almost ‘itch-free’ task with great news for installers.

Mr. Nathan Graffin the CEO and founder of Styroloft co., said “This is not just about climate change but the research has proved that more then 67% of our energy expenditure is for heating purpose. Loft insulation can be excellent to improve the thermal performance of our houses and reduce household energy expenses.”

Nathan announced two installing savings packages at the time of launching.

1) Cavity Wall insulation installing can be made savings of around £100 a year on energy bills and reducing emissions by around 500kg of carbon dioxide (CO 2) yearly.

2) Draught proofing around doors and windows, savings of around £30 a year can be reduced on energy bills & reducing emissions by around 120kg of carbon dioxide (CO 2) yearly.


He explained that we have set very ambitious targets to reduce CO2 emissions in the UK and to save around £520 million and nearly three million tonnes of CO2 every year if everyone in the UK installed 270mm loft insulation.
