The primary content of http://lokkatha.com covers a collection of articles ranging from debates on the issue of development to small write ups of academic importance for students across the globe. The site also holds a discussion forum to encourage active debate on development. Recently, it included a section to promote free submission of press releases and announcements about programs and policies. The users are free to submit materials that they think useful for wider circulation. Given the initial location of the users largely in India, the content as of now is very India specific. However, the scope of the site is not limited only to India. Users are free to write on and comment on any country or issue of their choice.
