Update: Please read the original post in this section. PeggyK of the adsense forum said this:

"Crawling the web is not a trivial task, and until you actually see that it's happened it may just be a dream on the site owner's part.

If you want to see how their system works, you might try submitting a site that doesn't have AdSense on it. If the site develops as advertised, then you are in on the ground floor without any risk to your AdSense account."

So for now I have added only sites that do not click through to adsense sites, like some clickbank, etc.

The note to me started out with a healthy respect for Google, as a force that will be with us. The administration goes on to say that once the webcrawlers are turned on, the sites linked to keywords will be folded into search, much like adwords. There will be side advertising capability as well. The webcrawlers will search the web, and will place relevant links with keywords. This has not yet occurred but will as soon as launch of full search is commenced. While nothing is certain in this world, and the company makes no guarantees nor do I, the business model is compelling and for me worth a look. You can take a look here and join for free.

In our mind Google will always be a force in the internet world, they are just too big to disappear. The only chance we have to create a competitive search engine is to persuade masses of people to help Kooday get off the ground and by sharing monies with all of them keeps the masses interested. People power and not money power will get us noticed. Look at Microsoft, they have lots of cash but still struggle to topple Google. Money injection to a search engine is not the entire answer unless you are willing to share it with the people and Kooday plans on sharing.
