Supertech Limited, which launched its project 'Eco Village' , in Noida Extension. The tagline of Eco Village says 'your right to easy housing' , the right is not easy to practice though as it involves money.

Supertech Limited, claims to invest Rs 900 crore in its new environment friendly project. The project is said to be based on the concept of zero carbon emission to provide an eco-friendly habitat with two, three and four bedroom apartments, area of which would range from 550 sq ft to 2275 sq ft. Eco Village , a residential project, would be spread over an area of 50 acres, having 5000-6000 units. The project will be constructed in two phases and aims to achieve its completion in 30 months. The foundation of the project is yet to be laid. Supertech officials are hoping to kick start the project from in two months from now.

Eco-Village will be is a combination of high as well as low rise apartments with all amenities as any housing developer is offering these days, like swimming pool, health club, tennis court, clubs and shopping complex. The cost of apartments would be between Rs 10,04,300 to Rs 47,20,625, inclusive of basic price, external development charges, open larking and club membership . This project will have the world class amenities and infrastructure required for a healthy and luxurious living"
