French yoga teacher, Caroline Zebrowski and Tahitian-American surf instructor Gary Zebrowski are bringing “My Surf Yoga Retreat” to the yoga and surf communities, a new way of relaxation and rejuvenation through yoga & surf retreats in the most beautiful parts of the world.

The couple, both former professional snowboarders (Gary was a 2-time Olympic athlete for the French snowboard team), have been immersed in those lifestyles for many years and felt a need to share their benefits with their fellow practitioners. "The practice of yoga combined with surfing brings a full exercise to the body, both in terms of therapeutic and physical well-being." says Caroline. "Furthermore, being able to spend your free time in beautiful places of the world make the perfect escape for anyone beginner or expert in the discipline. By organizing these retreats we wanted to share our roots and our passions with others looking for a healthy and fun way to spend their vacation".

Contrarily to other retreats available on the market, My Yoga Surf Retreat offers luxury getaways that are more personal, with smaller groups of guests (10 maximum), and that includes the “adventure and discovery” factor.

The upcoming retreats will be held in May and June, 2012 for one week at the world-class five-star hotel, The Montage in Laguna Beach, CA. Attending guests will be able to choose from several packages (Golf & Yoga, Surf & Yoga, Couples’ Gateway, etc.) and enjoy spa treatments and many outdoor activities.

Other 2012 retreats will be held in Tahiti and Hossegor, France.
