The video refers to a real case and the related litigation.
The subject lectured in law at University College Cork. He applied for sabbatical to attend the graduate program at Harvard Law School.. On being refused, he took proceedings in the Irish High Court.
These were successful, to the chagrin of senior administrators.
The subject went on to Harvard after the High Court case, but encountered retaliation within Harvard.
This included taser and other abuses.
In consequence, the sunject suffered a heart attack and was admitted to intensive care at Malden Hospital.
A disability onset at that time.
After five years of intensive litigation, the Irish Supreme Court awarded a disability pension from University College Cork.
It also awarded Costs.
The Costs were professionally certified at some £210,000.
Only about £6,000 of these have been paid, in furtherance of the ongoing cover up.
This cover up has included other abuses.
Substantial compensation and the reputations of both universities are involved.
