May 10, 2005, the U.S. Department of Commerce to make anti-dumping case final ruling, ruled that Chinese enterprises involved in the dumping margin of 75.78% ~ 285.63%. July 29, 2009, the U.S. Department of Commerce of the case to the 4th anti-dumping administrative review of investigation. May 14, 2010,Musk R-1 supplier, the U.S. Department of Commerce administrative review of the case to the preliminary ruling, ruled that Chinese enterprises involved in the dumping margin of 11.65%.
