"I wouldn't say we're taking on the iTunes Store this Christmas" the young executive stated. "Obviously iTunes has an excellent variety of Christmas albums on their store and even offered a free sampler. Yet I feel that the true Home Town Christmas album is hard to find out there, which is why I'm offering Home Town Christmas for the low price of $9.95 as a download. When you simply compare with other Christmas albums out there, this certainly is a great deal."

Parker went onto explain that the Christmas Album has actually been around for a while, just not available in electronic format until now. "I actually created the album back in 2005 as a Christmas present for family and friends, so a CD version has been out there for a while, just limited in quantity. Having electronic download format ensures we can get the album into the hands of as many customers as needed in a format that's much more popular and at higher quality than CD. These are actually iTunes Plus quality songs."
