FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) November 14, 2011 -- Even with all the online marketing tools such as social media and email marketing, communication via email continues to play a vital role in promoting and advancing our business. One way to get more brand awareness for your company and promote your products and services is to include a branded email that includes all of your contact information.

By default, your Gmail account does not have an e-mail signature as the signature option has not yet been turned on yet. To add a professional e-mail signature to your messages through Gmail, you can follow these very easy steps:

1. Sign in to your Gmail account.

2. At the top, click on Settings.

3. At the bottom part of the page, you will find a text box.

4. Click on the radio button beside the text box.

5. Enter your salutation and contact information (information you would like in your e-mail signature).

6. Once done with step 5 scroll down and click on Save Changes.

7. Go back to your Gmail In box, when you compose a new message your new signature will appear.

The professional e-mail signature you have just created will automatically appear to all your outgoing e-mails. If you think it is inappropriate to have it attached to a particular e-mail, you can always delete it before sending.

Presently, Gmail e-mail signatures only allow for plain text. The signatures will not allow any pictures. However, if you are using the Firefox or Chrome browser, check out the free and very easy to use Wisestamp.
