Our Mission...

To prevent and significantly reduce the incidents of teenage pregnancy, sexual transmitted diseases, rape, teen suicides, drop out rates, while increasing self-worth, graduation rates, coping skills for peer pressures while developing and promoting awareness. Teens: What’s The Rush, Inc. will also provide knowledge, education and awareness on the consequences of the choices through the delivery of innovative programs. These programs are 1) delivered in a language that adolescents and teens understand, 2) focused on solutions for all children especially the underserved and at-risk community members; 3) establishment of a network of support groups, outreach resources, helpful information and instructions for children and their families as well as help other organizations to give back to the community. In order to meet this objective, we will host several events that will promote awareness and present the opportunity for those to collaborate with us to give back to the community.

Your sponsorship and support will allow the Teens: What’s The Rush, Inc.to meet the needs of our youth and their families in the Greater Atlanta area and surrounding cities and counties. We are seeking to secure a facility to allow teens to have a safe place to learn after school, during holidays and summer vacations. As with any building, there are operating expenses as well as classroom materials such as computers, desks, art supplies, office supplies and internet access. Our plan is to maintain our community support in order for our youth to have leadership and guidance to support the growing need of positive reinforcements in their lives.
