TeleFaction acquires Eventrasoft to become a global Enterprise Feedback Management organization
The asset acquisition of licenses, contracts and employees of Eventrasoft makes TeleFaction one of the largest players in the Nordic market.

TeleFaction, one of the leading Nordic players in the Customer Experience Management market has made an asset acquisition made up of licenses, contracts and employees of Eventrasoft, a global call recording and analysis company for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition compliments and will aid to the development of TeleFaction's Gemba Enterprise Workforce Management platform. Additionally, the deal will enable TeleFaction to grow its presence worldwide through Eventrasoft's network.
Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, Eventrasoft utilizes an innovative voice recording and event capture system to provides a complete multi-media recording and event capture solution for call center agent performance analysis, assurance and compliance to customers from around the globe. Their rich product feature set fits perfectly with TeleFaction's brand of Customer Experience Management platforms and Return on Behavior analysis.
