Telesoft Technologies increases ARNE IVR density by a factor of 8

Capacity of the ARNE IVR has been increased to nearly 2,000 channels by using an optical STM-1/OC-3 interface to create a high-capacity cost effective IVR for fixed, cellular and IP networks. The existing system offered 8 E1/T1, equivalent to 240 channels.

VAS application developers like the ARNE IVR because the exact same hardware architecture and VoiceXML/CCXML based applications can be deployed in both TDM and IP networks. This network agnostic approach enables VAS application developers to deploy the same equipment and applications into either next-generation or traditional networks with no additional equipment, effort or cost.

The other key feature of the ARNE IVR is its excellent cost/performance trade off – ensuring it is the most competitive multi-network media server solution on the market today. It can play voice and video files and has an MRCP interface for text-to-speech (TTS) and automatic speech recognition (ASR). A straightforward configuration system ensures simple ‘plug and play’ setup in the field.
