(Free-Press-Release.com) October 28, 2009, Keene NY -- Terence Finnan, responding to the jury’s charge in the "Anderson Trial" before Judge Shira A. Scheindlin, requested why the jury's charge did not include the 1st amendment right “to petition the Government for redress of grievances,” or why punitive damages were not demanded.

Mr. Finnan declared that the crimes exposed at trial were not addressed in this civil action, but these crimes are his grievances and the grievances of the class of people whose complaints were “cleansed,” and those of the class “The People of NY.”

Mr. Finnan declared further, "We were harmed when the 1st NY Appellate Department's Departmental Disciplinary Committee violated Federal Criminal Law § 241 Conspiracy against rights and when the NY Attorney General failed its duty under NY Executive Law § 63 '...to protect the interest of the state...' Mr. Finnan declared that the State’s interest naturally conflicts with the interest of corrupt lawyers and corrupt government lawyers."

Mr. Finnan quoted Lord Nelson’s semaphore signal to his ships, "England expects that every man will do his duty,” and paraphrased it to “We, The People, expect the Hon. Judge Scheindlin will do her duty under Canon 3D(5),” and act against attorneys, including the NY Attorney General’s Office for violating DR 1-102 A (1), (3), (4) and (5) of the NY Lawyer's Code of Professional Responsibility and NY penal laws: §195.00, §195.05, §175.20, §175.25,and NY Executive Law §63.
