The April Banking Industry Demands Have Been Published
The April demands to the government for cleaning up the banking industry have been published. The demands may seem severe, but are absolutely necessary to avoid another financial collapse.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) April 5, 2011 --
The latest demands are:
15. Lending institutions must be required to apply the previous demands to all existing loans.
Many homes are worth less than their mortgages, due to banking industry fraud, so homeowners should not suffer the losses.
16. Lending institution employees must be held personally liable for all losses to customers, due to their criminal activity.
All bank employees who have knowingly engaged in illegal activities, which have caused financial losses to taxpayers, must repay the losses in full, with interest, all costs of collection, etc. None of these costs can be discharged through bankruptcy. All laws that force the government to compensate for crimes committed by banking industry employees, without going after those employees for all costs, must be judged as illegal laws.
17. Realtors cannot be allowed by law to receive any commission on the sale of any real estate.
Realtors commonly work together secretly to force buyers to pay higher prices, so they get higher commissions.
Deadline: 5-5-11
The experts warn that another financial crisis is inevitable for several reasons, including the failure to prosecute and the failure of congress to fix the laws that allowed the 2008 collapse.
One easy way people can make a huge difference is simply to stop using credit cards. The other demands, suggestions for activism, as well as more information is available on the website: www.legalparasites.com .
