The Bikini Basketball Association is proud to welcome the Illinois Heart to the league. We are very excited to add such qualified and talented co-owners as Dori Butler and Randy Washington. Their experience and professionalism is exactly what we look for in franchise owners of the BBA.

Dori M. Butler, M.Ed., is an Educator, Entrepreneur, and co-owner of a photography company. Dori has been involved with many facets of the entertainment and music business, and has worked in education for 10+years. She has experience in everything from event planning, marketing and promotions, sales and training, artist and operations management; and has used the knowledge that she has gained from her experience to help her make important decisions, as she embarks on new and future ventures. With her experience and developed skills, she helped to co-found an entertainment company, which focuses on fulfilling clients' needs through artist management in today's industry. As a Master Educator, Dori has taught all ages, ranging from infants through adult learners. She has tackled core subjects, and currently teaches individuals that require educational support at the high school level.

Dori is a volunteer for several humanitarian causes and the advancement of people through social welfare and education. She holds several degrees such as a BA in Professional Communication and Urban Studies, MA in Training and Development with a focus on Organizational Development, and a Masters degree in Special Education. Dori is currently working on her PhD in Higher Education, and hopes to use this degree in her efforts as an advocate for continual improvement of social reforms.

Randy Washington is a Professional Union Painter by trade, with a true Entrepreneurial spirit. His natural knack, and precision for detail and quality makes him one of the most sought after in the Chicagoland area. He is also the co-owner of a successful photography company, which he operates jointly throughout the Midwest. Randy has several years of experience, and a long history in athletics. He has engaged in several software programs, applications and graphic designs. Randy holds several certificates in the areas of business and technology. Randy's compassion for the advancement of basic human needs has led him to mentor, care for, and work with individuals in transitional independent living programs.

Randy along with Dori believe in good stiff competition, and ensures in developing their players with transferable skills, so that they are at their best on and off the court.

Randy and Dori have worked with some of the nations top corporate companies and celebrities while performing photography and media related services. Lexus, Playboy, M.K.T.G., Rose Courvoisier, Clear Channel Media and Entertainment are a few of the moguls and heavy hitters on their long resume of thriving companies, and industry leaders. With their increasing success, Randy and Dori, are bound to leave their mark in the world of entertainment and sports, while gradually accomplishing their professional goals and dreams. With their combined experience and knowledge in design, technical and marketing development, in addition to their vast group of networks, they plan to deliver a team that will generate winning results in all areas of the team's business.
