Maj. Gen. Bert Stubblebine (US Army, ret.), the President of Natural Solutions Foundation, a exempt Nongovernmental Organization (NGO) in the United States, announced today the filing, yesterday, of a Form D for Private Placement with the United States Security and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The filing is for the Fund for Natural Solutions, a Ten Million Dollar Fund established by the Natural Solutions Corp. The website for the fund is: www.FundforNaturalSolutions.org.

Gen. Stubblebine noted, "The trustees of Natural Solutions Foundation are committed to sustainable natural solutions. The intention is to marshal the necessary resources to make a significant difference in the world. We ask you to join us in doing good while, we trust, doing well. We endorse the concept that the natural solutions that we demonstrate need to be sustainable and friendly to the planet. It is to support just such green projects that we have established the Fund.

The Fund will accept private investments, IRA/401k funds, trust, church, NGO and similar fiduciary funds, as well as well as investment club, retirement fund, credit union, or similar. The Fund initially focus on several "boots on the ground" projects.

[1] The acquisition of the initial agricultural property to demonstrate natural solutions; this was accomplished with the purchase and rehabilitation of the 20+ hectare Coffee Finca (farm), with its 20 acres of all natural coffee that contributes several about 15,000 thousand bags of coffee to the Foundation’s annual fund raising program; this phase continues with the development of the site as a tourist attraction and multi-use agricultural test station and seed propagation station.. [2] The acquisition and development of the 2+ acre Headquarters Finca in Volcan, with its teaching greenhouses, headquarters buildings and the Valley of the Moon Natural Solutions Center facility housing administration, the Valley of the Moon BeyondOrganic™ with its Internet café and restaurant, teaching kitchen, seminar facility and the Dr. Rima Institute providing natural healthcare. [3] The acquisition and development of a 100 hectare or larger main community site and development of subsidiary teaching facilities at different altitudes and climactic conditions to allow agricultural instruction for food producers from around the world.

[4] In addition, the Fund seeks to acquire additional enterprises that further our Mission, such as the Central American Compounding Pharmacy that is being considered.
