This job crisis started awhile back when no one was really paying attention to the big corporations who started outsourcing many of their jobs oversees seeking lower wages which hurt the middle class and created a smaller percentage of Americans who could call themselves middle class.

I am pretty sure some economists saw this train wreck coming; just like they saw the financial meltdown coming, but did nothing to prevent it. But the American people are survivors and thrivers; so are forced to create their financial security and incomes.

We are actually luck that unemployment didn't go to 20%. Which it could have easily done; and we are not out of the woods yet. The next problem I see ahead is that the baby boom generation cannot afford to retire now. And this is going to create a huge problem for the younger work force and college grads looking for their first career opportunities.

We are stuck in a rut; and no government or Any political party can cure this cancer that is growing. We are going to have to save ourselves. I am a 40-something year old who came from a generation of YES WE CAN DO ANYTHING! And we are going to become our own Ceo's, Work From Home Ceo's, and whatever other kind of Ceo we want to be.

You are going to see more small businesses, and more entrepreneurs from this generation and here on out. We have no choice really but to progress and make our own way. We cant rely on any pensions or government to bail us out. Let's bail out each other by helping to create more opportunities for our generation and the next.
