The third-generation SEAT Leon, completely redesigned from the chassis up, is ready to impress. Starting from £15,670 OTR the new SEAT Leon certainly packs in a lot of value for the money.
Packed with advanced SEAT technology usually found in a full-size class vehicle, such as a cutting-edge chassis, advanced infotainment systems and maintenance-free LED lights, the new SEAT Leon defies all stereotypes.
Using only the best materials, SEAT has created a mechanical sculpture on wheels and equipped it with the latest technology to keep you safe, happy and entertained on the go.
The new Leon features a panoramic sunroof, maintenance-free LED headlights and LED daytime running lights to ensure maximum visibility for you without dazzling other drivers.
And it's not just the exterior of this new model that's impressive. Take a seat inside the new Leon and you'll find all buttons, controls and switches are intuitively located to ensure an effortless driving experience. The SEAT Easy Connect touch screen system controls your entertainment, communications and vehicle functions. Compatible with iPod, USB, SD-Card, Bluetooth, CDs and AUX-IN for MP3s/MP4s and audio streaming; you can easily connect your own device to play your music.
The system also inlcudes satellite navigation and has speech recognition software so that you can keep your hands on the steering wheel and still find out where you are. As well as this, when you're parking your new Leon, the Parking Assistant will appear on the screen and show you how close each of the four sensors are to the objects around you and you'll hear an audible alert if you get too close.
With all of the new saftey features included on the new Leon, it's no surprise that it has been awarded 5* in the Euro NCAP Safety rating. Video camera monitors analyse road markings and if the system detects that the vehicle is about to leave its lane, the Lane Assist system will self correct the vehicle. The new Tiredness Recognition System analyses steering wheel movements and sends an alert to suggest taking a break if it detects that the driver is drowsy. Other safety features also include the Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, High Beam Assist and the ISOFIX child-seat system.
