The ‘people factor’ key to ITSM success according to PEOPLECERT'S Debenet's speech at itSFM

In the event, titled ‘Transform Services and Minimize Costs Through ITSM’, speakers focused on how large companies and SMEs introduced ITSM into their business and looked at the importance of certification as a key driver to the effective ITSM implementation.
