The Real History of Thanksgiving.

(Free-Press-Release.com) November 24, 2011 -- In 1863 Col. Joseph Smith was visited by three angels that really turned out to be aliens. They said that there were going to lay siege in the jungles of Guatemala until the humans started really truly being thankful for what they have. The U.S. Government sent down a crack team of Commandos including one guy that looked a lot like modern-day Jesse Ventura who was carrying a Gatling Gun.

They did battle with these aliens and were aided by the help of a little known science project named HAL 2000. Together the aliens were defeated and even tried to spoil everyone’s thanksgiving by setting off a small nuclear tactical device. The device was powerful but did not harm our heroes because they simply jumped behind a really big log in the jungle.

On the steam train ride back home the men realized what it was they had learned that day. They learned that they needed to get some of those nuclear weapons. They also learned that the phrase “Get to the Chopper” didn’t make any sense yet and wouldn’t for almost 100 years. Finally, they learned they were thankful for each other and the abundance of food, clothing, and shelter provided to them by the government, who had essentially become their god and master. PS – The Turkey became the food of choice since it vaguely resembled the beast in the jungle and on this day is now ceremoniously killed and eaten, or killed at a farm, frozen, then delivered to a grocery store where it is purchased and then cooked and eaten. Same difference.
