The Renaissance Companies Becomes Adler Companies

(Free-Press-Release.com) May 26, 2010 -- The Renaissance Companies, a boutique South Florida-based development and interior design firm, has once again become The Adler Companies. The firm is led by industry veteran David Adler, who, as president of The Adler Companies, developed more than 1,500 homes throughout South and Central Florida in the 1980s and 1990s. He sold the company in 1995 to Newmark Homes.

Three years later, Adler formed The Renaissance Companies. During the past decade, the firm has developed and/or sold homes worth more than $90 million throughout Miami-Dade County. The company’s portfolio includes numerous important homes in South Florida’s most affluent neighborhoods, including Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and Miami Beach.
Adler said he couldn’t pass up a recent opportunity to reassume the Adler Companies name.
“We’ve experienced great success as The Renaissance Companies but believe the Adler name provides us with greater brand equity and awareness throughout South Florida,” he said.

A former Builders Association of South Florida Past President and “Builder of the Year,” Adler directs the building and construction of each Adler Companies’ home. His wife, Michelle Adler, heads up the interior design division. The firm has the ability to manage both the construction and interior design of a custom home, but also can direct either project independently. The Adler Companies often becomes involved in a custom home from its inception, partnering with the area’s most talented and trustworthy architects, landscape designers and other key subcontractors, many of whom it has worked with for more than a decade.
