When disassemble the thrust plate, a baffle plate bolt must be screwed, cut dry lubricating oil pipe, hang the thrust plate on the crane hook or other lifting equipment, then loosen the spring of one end of the level connecting rod, fix the dynamic jaw to the direction of static jaw, take out the thrust plate. If you want to remove the back thrust plate, you should open the connecting rod and the thrust plate and the static jaw together, take out the back trust plate.

After disassembling the thrust plate, cut off the thin lubricating oil pipe and the cooling water pipe and supported by the holder behind the connecting rod and remove connecting rod cap, the connecting rod can be hanging out. The shaft and pulley and a flywheel of the crusher should take out together. Move the motor (with belt ) along the sliding rail as close as possible to the crusher, take off the triangle belt, and then lift the shaft by a crane.
