That’s the premise for the 2011 Perfect Wedding Show taking place on Sunday, April 17 from 11AM to 5PM at the Executive Airport Plaza hotel in Richmond. They’re keeping a few traditional ideas while also giving brides their ‘something new’.

What’s new is traditional wedding vendors offering unique services and fun activities to make your wedding ‘perfect for you. If future brides are looking to create a memorable wedding for their guests than this is the show to attend.

“As a fiancée myself, I’ve invited only a select number of vendors as I’m trying to bring an elegance and sophistication back to wedding fairs in Vancouver,” said Paris, France born Marie-Astrid Dubant, Catering Manager at the Executive Airport Plaza Hotel in Richmond, BC.

“Giving back to the community also made sense to us,” said Elaine Quon-Chiu, newlywed and CEO of Wedding Products/Consulting firm - WeddingBlingz.com. “So donating all door proceeds to Dress for Success Vancouver was the perfect fit. The more brides we get at the event, the more we get to give back.”

Tickets to the 2011 Perfect Wedding Show are only $5 each, all of which will be donated to Dress for Success Vancouver. The first 60 brides to register and attend the event on Sunday, April 17 will also receive a thank you gift bag.
