After surveying U.S. employees, some valuable findings were identified that will impact and help improve corporate internal communication programs for 2012. Survey respondents said:
- they have more confidence in companies that use ISM
- a company's use of social media demonstrates innovation
- use of social media builds brand ambassadors
- they will forego a job at a company that bans social media
