This international standard, which is aligned with the UK ITIL standards, covers processes such as planning & implementing service management, relationship & resolution procedures through to control & release processes.

Alongside their ISO 9001 Quality standard and ISO 27001 Information Security standard, this is ForLinux's third international accreditation, details of which can be verified on the independent assessor, ISOQUAR's website by entering the certification number 8030.
