TIMESHARE OWNERS DON'T GET RIPPED OFF BEWARE OF GMAC TD AND THEIR ALIASES

I'm hoping to get the ball rolling for a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT; it's the only way we have a chance to get our money back. I'm in the process of creating an online PETITION so everyone can participate. I've currently filed complaints with the Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum, the Federal Trade Commission, Complaints Board plus Lawyers and Settlements. I haven't stopped yet. I will continue to file complaints any where I can. People need to be warned.

This company preys on today’s economic crisis and our desperation. They contact timeshare owners enticing them with lies about needing timeshares to fill their current client demands. You're told if you act immediately, they have renters/buyers waiting now.

Their initial roost is you are already a VIP standing member with them. They go on to say you paid for their program as part of your original time share purchase. Once they've worked you, building your interests with the guaranteed rental of your time share profits of $2,900 per week, that's when they grab you. Then it turns out you’re no longer qualified, they’ve made a mistake, they thought you had originally purchased your time share as an "Investor" and it seems you purchased as a "Vacationer". You see, the Vacationers package does not include the cost of their program which turns out to be $2,500 !! (Mind you, they already said your timeshare was worth minimum of $2,900 for just 1 week rental and they guarantee 3 weeks)

Those who bite and have the money to pay $2,500 are the worst victims, those who hesitate, can’t afford the $2,500 aren’t dismiss by no means. The roost goes on, suddenly you become eligible for their non existent financial aide program requiring a payment of $600 or more the balance then is to be taken from the rental income which of course is NON EXISTENT.

Once they get your money it's all over. The person you dealt with no longer exists, that's when you realize you've been RIPPED OFF! You've just paid for ADVERTISING YOUR TIMESHARE which is best described as flushing your money down the toilet.

In all actually, NO Marketing or Advertising is done specifically on behalf of your individual timeshare and rest assure, nothing will ever come of it, NO SALE, NO RENTAL.

Your only recourse is to join me and others in a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. This is the only way we can put an end to this SCUM.

UNITED WE CAN PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS !!!
