TIMM DELANEY EARNS SFR REAL ESTATE CERTIFICATION

This certification means that Timm Delaney is now an expert at assisting homeowners dealing with financial crises and the potential loss of their home. This is an invaluable certification because today's real estate market is fraught with homeowners losing their homes.

Timm Delaney was able to earn his SFR certification only through rigorous training, education, and dedication. The courses a real estate agent must attend in order to earn his/her SFR certification are considered difficult even for long time real estate agents. These courses, including the webinars that they must attend, are wrought with the complicated and an intricate details surrounding the loss of a home. The courses Timm completed not only gave him the knowledge to deal with and navigate through the complicated process of losing a home but also provided him with invaluable information and access to special programs that his clients can take advantage of in an effort to keep their home and/or walk away from the process with as little damage done as possible.

In Santa Barbara County alone there are virtually hundreds of homes in danger of being foreclosed upon. This was one of the driving forces behind his decision to become SFR certified.
