With the increasing popularity of Google Android platform phones such as the Nexus One, Motorola Droid, HTC EVO, Samsung Galaxy, and HTC Incredible, it has become very important for device owners to get answers to any questions they have. Tinkerdroid establishes a common resource for owners of any Android device across any network all over the world. With the launch of a public beta, Tinkerdroid welcomes beginners and experts alike to participate in a unique community that is user driven and results focused. Members can ask any question about their phone, network, application or accessory and have the community experts give them answered in a collaborative Q and A system. To celebrate the launch of the public beta, Tinkerdroid is holding a contest for members of the community. The first members to earn the “Great Answer” or the “Great Question” badge will each receive a $50 Amazon.com gift certificate. To achieve the “Great Answer” badge, a member must have their answer voted positively 100 times by other members of the community. Similarly, to achieve the “Great Question” badge, a member must have their question voted 100 times by other members of the community. The contest runs until September 30, 2010.
