"Touched By Art" in Crisis

(Free-Press-Release.com) October 10, 2011 -- This year, Richard Voller, known as "The Heart Chakra Painter" decided to go into action and travel around Europe on his bicycle after becoming homeless.

Since June 2011, he travelled to Ibiza and touched many beautifull people with art, including DJ Nikos Akrivos, DJ The Gee, artist Trudy West and super model / dancer Oana Andreea. He then pushed himself to his endurance limit as he biked from Barcelona up to Montpellier, Marseille, Cannes, Monte Carlo, Menton, Turin and then it took him five grueling days to ride over the Alpes to Chambery. From there he got the train to Brussels to meet with close friends before returning to Amsterdam and then leaving for Slovakia for the final leg of his tour. 'Show Your True Colours' tour has been more than just painting people's heart chakras, it is also about the illusion being destroyed, along with the ego, for only then can the Soul be set free.

Richard Voller explains, "After living outside for nearly 5 months and living in nature with just a sleep bag, I got to experience another side of life that most people choose to ignore. In Slovakia, I was fortunate enough to experience a homeless shelter where I was given free warm food everyday and a warm shower, which was very much appreciated as the nights became freezing cold. I met many people, from all walks of life who had lost their jobs and homes and now found themselves without a home. I was so touched by the experience that I have decided to donate 10% of my annual profits to the charity 'Crisis in Action' for the homeless. In future, as my business expands for the better, I plan to setup many more initiatives to help people in need as I know from this tour what it's like to have to ask or even beg for help when your whole life has collapsed or turned upside down."

VOLLER is set to return to Amsterdam for the World Day of Interconnectedness on the 11.11.11. 'Mirror of Love' gathering at the Mirror Centre. This gathering is a celebration of oneness, and understanding that we are all interconnected in a spiritual way.

Throughout the day people will be able to attend the gathering for free from 11am to 11pm, starting with a World Mediation by Joop Tegge'love'. There will be over 30 different workshops, seminars, dialogues and lectures to attend and Mister Green will have their new electric car, the Tazzari Zero on show. Throughout the day you will be entertained by line-up of famous international DJ’s playing DNA healing House and Techno music, DJ Nikos Akrivos (Ibiza), DJ Pierro (Berlin) and DJ Gen Dizzy (Amsterdam). This is also a KickIT event, meaning that it is drug-free, alcohol-free and smoke-free, because we are pro-actively supporting a PURE LIFESTYLE.
