TribePad talent acquisition platform chosen by Sodexo

Sodexo, which provides foodservices and facilities management for clients in the education, healthcare, justice, defence, leisure and corporate services sectors, will benefit from a fully integrated careers and talent platform for their jobseekers and internal employees in the UK & Ireland.

Sodexo will be using Tribepad’s newly enhanced CRM functionality as part of the solution which not only encompasses easy to use tools for recruiters but also enhances the jobseekers profile. TribePad has recently improved this feature using 3D profiles giving the jobseeker the ability to showcase previous work using video and visual aids and also pulling in their social data too.
