Steep Angle Conveyors have several specialized requirements regarding capacity, lump size and idler spacing. This is used to generate an even and controlled flow of materials. It further allows a discharge of product at any height of plant specific layout.
The integrated buffer box provides storage of the product prior to the feeder. Depending on application the buffer box size can vary. A reversible bottom belt with variable speed drive as well as specific sensor technology may be used to fulfill the functions required.
