Turnaround Management Association’s Philadelphia Chapter Announces Changes to its Board of Directors
The Philadelphia Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) today announced the election of six members to its Board of Directors.

Philadelphia, PA – January 26, 2012 – The Philadelphia Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) today announced the election of six members to its Board of Directors. The new members are John R. Buck, Principal, Versa Capital Management, LLC; David A. Cramer, Vice President, Commercial & Industrial Division of Gordon Brothers Group; Mark E. Felger, Esq., Senior Member, Cozen O’Connor; Regina S. Kelbon, Esq., Partner, Blank Rome LLP; Angela C. Phillips, CTP, MBA, Director, The Brownstein Corporation; and Wayne P. Weitz, Senior Managing Director, GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group, LLC. The Turnaround Management Association is the only international non-profit association dedicated to corporate renewal and turnaround management. "I am pleased to welcome these six extraordinary leaders to our Board of Directors," said Richard S. Infantino, chapter president of TMA and the reorganization services practice leader of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, LLP’s Philadelphia office. “Each is a widely respected and deeply experienced industry leader and I look forward to working with them and our other board members to further enhance awareness of the TMA, its mission and its members, and to grow the organization," he added. In addition, five board members have completed their terms on the board. These individuals include Howard S. Cohen, CPA, CFE, Principal, Asterion Inc; Paul A. Cottone, Executive Vice President, Allied Affiliated Funding LP; Robert M. Greenbaum, Esq., Partner, David B Smith Law Group, LLC; Raymond M. Patella, Esq., Partner, Fox Rothschild LLP; and Randall W. Siegele, Senior Vice President, Chase Business Credit. "On behalf of the entire board I would like to thank Howard, Paul, Ray, Rob and Randy for their time and outstanding work over the past years," said Mr. Infantino. "Without the efforts of these dedicated individuals, our past successes would not have been possible." Board members serve two three-year terms and participate in regular meetings that help shape association strategy and initiatives. With the election of these members, there are now 26 members on the Philadelphia Chapter of the TMA Board of Directors.
