Tutors International urges parents to apply now for a full-time tutor for a September 2012 start.

Many families who contact Tutors International to find excellent full-time tutors are unaware of the time-scales involved, which can result in increased expenses and less choice in tutors.

"The recruitment cycle in the education industry is longer than in many others as teachers are expected to give a full terms notice," explained Adam Caller, founder of Tutors International. "Many families simply don't appreciate the fact that not only does it take time to find suitable candidates, but that there is a significant amount of time needed to complete job descriptions, obtain references and make a shortlist before the Easter break, when successful candidates would need to hand in their notice.
