San Bernardino Ca. TVC+Latino , one of the fastest growing television networks in the United States announced today an agreement with PLS, a leading financial services company to air DMA specific commercials in 4 of TVC's markets; New York City, Los Angeles, Dallas and Chicago plus nationally.

The numbers tell the story: According to the census, the U.S. Hispanic population jumped by more than 40 percent in the past decade.
